Bangalore: The IBT program at the Sri Someswara High School, Dombaranahally, in the Tumkur District of Karnataka

is into its third year and this year the program is conducted for all the 8th, 9th and 10th class students.

Sri Someswara High School, Dombaranahally was the first school in the state of Karnataka, India, where IBT was tried on a pilot basis.

Started in the academic year 2007-2008, this program is now into its third academic year.

This school has served as model school to the other IBT schools in the state of karnataka.

The teachers are very committed and Mr.VijayaKumar who functions as the IBT co-ordinator is very cooperative.

The training for this year's program is scheduled to be conducted during October 2009.
